- Salmon rillette with basil, bell pepper creme or
- Veal tartare Vitello tonnato style, sun-dried tomatoes, rocket, croutons or
- Thin tart with confit vegetables (zucchini, bell pepper, eggplant), warm goat cheese with thyme (veg.)
Main Dish:
- Coq au Riesling, fresh fries and salad or
- Roast pike-perch fillet, chive mashed potatoes, leeks, Riesling sauce or
- Eggplant & tomato parmigiana, feta cubes, pesto cream (veg.)
